It’s a cold, wintery day in Los
Angeles. The sky is hazy, like an opaque veil that keeps the sun hidden. On
this brisk morning, my mind is filled with philosophical questions, like this
one: can a fully
dressed girl still look sexy?

Well,
it really does depend on what you mean by “fully dressed,” but let’s go with
the operative word “fully” to mean that the girl’s entire body is covered, head
to toe. Not in a burka kind of way, of course. If we were talking about sexy
women being fully covered by a burka, then no, they cannot be sexy. So that’s
actually a good point: a fully dressed girl can look sexy if we can actually
see her figure. The gentle curves of her body, the way lines and creases in her
attire hint at what’s underneath, is what makes a fully dressed girl look sexy.
She has to be wearing something that’s form-fitting. If her outfit looks
frumpy, loose and in a state of disarray, it implies that her body, too, is
frumpy, loose and not sexy.
To drive the point home: a sexy
girl is definitely sexy, even when she’s fully dressed, if and only if she’s
wearing something form-fitting. The opposite case is when she’s wearing
something that covers her entire body, but also hides her curvaceous shape,
smooth lady bumps and overall sex appeal. Of course, as denizens of the
enlightened, post-feminist 21st century,
we don’t think that females need only be about sex appeal. Sex appeal is
something that’s important for both genders. But at the end of the day, a
beautiful, confident girl is just going to have more fun by expressing her
sexiness rather than repressing it. Expression is always better and more
natural than repression. And the point I'm making here is that girls don't have
to strip down or flash to be sexy. There are many ways to express one's self
and one's beauty. Being fully dressed for the 9 to 5 business day is simply
just part of the game. And it's something the Girls
Gone Wild people really do
